What a washout July has been here in Northern Ireland. It has been pretty much raining everyday. My sunflower seedlings are struggling on, as am I! Even if we weren’t still in a (lax) lockdown, I would be home anyway as my job in a secondary school would have been closed for the summer holidays regardless. I haven’t had as much writing time as I normally would have, mainly because minding my child has taken priority. But I’m chipping away when I can at my next novel WIP!

I definitely can’t complain about all the time spent with my family, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. In the meantime, here is a trip down memory lane – all of my best creations in a row!

Left to Right: Toebirds and Woodlice (wacky poetry, Self-published 2013); Zombie Reflux (satirical novella, Self-published 2014); Gods of Avalon Road (urban fantasy/historical fiction novel, Blossom Spring Publishing 2019); A Model Archaeologist (humorous poetry, Eyewear Publishing 2015); Metamorphosis of Woman (Experimental poetry, Self-published 2013); Chemotherapy for the Soul (Poetry about depression, Fowlpox Press 2017) and my literary-loving babe, born 2017!
