It’s 5 days until publication day for my third novel. I’m thrilled, as this is my first horror novel. If you’re a writer, I’m sure you can relate about how exciting it is to release a book into the world, and more so to see how it will be received by readers. I can’t wait to read people’s reviews.

Did I mention that this is the first standalone novel in a 3 book series? Each of the 3 books are unrelated other than by theme: they’re all part of my Belfast Ghosts series, but are not part of a sequential trilogy. You can read each on its own, or altogether as a complementary series.

The second book will be coming out towards the end of 2022, so stay tuned for that. I’ll be posting more updates about it soon. But for now, the glory is all The Blue Man’s. Here’s hoping you find him a sinister entity and the story a disturbing read.

About Leilanie Stewart

Leilanie Stewart is an author and poet from Belfast, Northern Ireland. She has written four novels, including award-winning ghost horror, The Blue Man, as well as three poetry collections. Her writing confronts the nature of self; her novels feature main characters on a dark psychological journey who have a crisis of identity and create a new sense of being. She began writing for publication while working as an English teacher in Japan, a career pathway that has influenced themes in her writing. Her former career as an Archaeologist has also inspired her writing and she has incorporated elements of archaeology and mythology into both her fiction and poetry. Aside from publishing pursuits, Leilanie enjoys spending time with her husband and their lively literary lad, a voracious reader of sea monster books. CONNECT WITH ME ON SOCIAL MEDIA:
